Responsibilities

  • Structured the page around event details, the session lineup, speakers, and FAQs
  • Based the visual design on the campaign’s branding assets
  • Designed cassette-style session cards
  • Streamlined the handoff to the developer

Problem

Tell attendees what to look out for.

LearnFest is the Customer Service organization’s flagship virtual leadership event. I designed its landing page, the main place for attendees to find event details and what to look out for.

Before this page, the team promoted the event through emails and flyers. Those didn’t let attendees interact with the content or engage actively.

Process

  1. StructurePage content

Event details, the session lineup, speakers, and FAQs.

  2. Visual designCampaign branding

The design based on the event’s branding assets.

  3. IterateRefined designs

The design refined with the marketing team.

  4. Hand offDeveloper

A streamlined handoff to the developer who built it.

Visual design

Grounded in the campaign.

I based the design on the branding assets used in the event’s marketing so the page felt consistent with the wider campaign. I translated those brand assets into a clear, usable page across web and mobile, and streamlined the handoff to the developer who built it.

Constraint

The design had to work within the branding the marketing team had already published for the campaign.

Outcome

One place to learn about the event.

The page served an audience of about 4,000, mostly leaders, as the central place to learn about the event.
